3-20

Sunday!  I rested.  Will count 0.5 miles in 15 miles for general walking up and down stairs at home and around the building at church.  Chapter 3 totals are 18.58 miles walked in 7 hours 20 minutes, with 258 feet climbed and 150 meters swam in 7 minutes.  Weigh-in today was 
260.8.  I lost 2.0 pounds this week and 9.0 total since May 1.

  1. Love the addition of the swimming this week, and think that it really will super charge your workouts and lung capacity/strength which will allow for our "high altitude" adventure to become reality. Congrats on another awes week, and hope you're able to finish the month of May strong!
