Walked to the credit union on a fabulous sunny 60 degree afternoon (even 5 degrees warmer than St. George - how did we luck out on that one?). I then made a loop out of it to see the new high school buildings, football field, and track up close, before heading back to the office. 3.42 miles with 62 feet climbed in 1:02:25 hours. I'm sure this is more numbers than you are interested in, all I can say is I'm really good at setting high goals and having them slip away because I don't do them every, every day.

Wow, the high school looks so different and huge, but I'm glad Hurricane has such a righteous school now, and your 60 degree weather sounds divine, it's 15 here but weather.com says it feels like -3 which I can attest to. You know it's cold when you can barely tolerate being outside long enough to pump gas before your hands start to hurt. Can't wait for spring!
