Breakfast:  Oatmeal and yogurt
Snack: One Reese's peanut butter cup
Lunch: Can of Progresso soup and crackers
Snack:  A chocolate ultra weight loss shake
Dinner:  Oatmeal and yogurt
Snack:  One black bean, cheese, lettuce, and tomato roll-up on a medium wheat tortilla  No sour cream.
Water all around

Day 28: Walked 0.73 miles with terreeeblay the treadmill in 18 minutes.The tortoise's Series 2 total is 15.19 miles in 6 hours 40 minutes.
A good day!
