Breakfast:  Equate Chocolate Ultra Weight Loss Drink

Lunch:  One hamburger split in pieces on 3 small King's Hawaiian rolls with 2 slices of cheese, a quarter avocado.  Also had a small plate of chips with queso and salsa sauces, one frosted sugar cookie, and a cup of milk.

Dinner:  A second hamburger split in pieces on 2 small King's Hawaiian rolls with 2 slices of cheese.  Also had a full plate of lettuce with half a tomato, a quarter avocado, and a large scoop of cottage cheese, with water.

Day 43: Terreeeblay and I walked 1.18 miles in 24 minutes today; Series 2 total 30.03 miles in 12 hours 11 minutes
