A quiet holiday weekend Sunday with family.  I walked a half a mile in 15 minutes total of the halls of church and the stairs of the house.  Weekly weigh-in today was
260.3, a half pound lost this week.  Total for four weeks is 9.5 pounds lost.


Chapter 3 totals are 24.70 miles walked in 9 hours 54 minutes, with 390 feet climbed, and 2 swims totalling 320 meters in 17 minutes.
