I started the day with a 450 meter swim in 26 minutes, followed by 15 minutes of walking in the pool that I will count as 0.60 miles.  Around 6 pm I followed that up with a 0.76 mile walk in 18 minutes, with 23 feet climbed.


Chapter 3 totals are 48.42 miles walked in 19 hours 32 minutes, with 1,723 feet climbed, and 8 swims totalling 2,470 meters in 2 hour 22 minutes.  Here's a map of the walk:
