Walked 0.60 miles downhill in 10 minutes rather than take a ride from one appointment to the next this afternoon (September 12) so I could get some kind of walk in on this busy day.  Got to do something every day!  Please click on the next line to read more of the details:

Took 4 of my usual 5 Youngevity supplements.  Out of Oxy Rich for now.  Took vitamins, minerals, crestor, omega 3 fish oil, low dose aspirin.  Managed to get through the day without and chlortrimeton allergy medicine.  Drank 3 glasses of water.
