Long catch up day at work after missing most of the past two days.  Did a minimum 0.5 mile walk in 10 minutes with 20 feet climbed (stairs).

I took my Youngevity mineral supplements and applied DuraCream to my arms this morning to help slow mole growth from the sun.  Took vitamins with breakfast and Crestor with dinner.  Total eating today: 1,923 calories.  Weigh-in today was 236.6 essentially the same as the previous weigh in at 236.8 on December 16.  Rachel and Becca, does that mean I accomplished the goal to maintain not gain over the holidays?
