I swam 200 meters this evening in 11 minutes, followed by 16 minutes walking in the pool, which I will count as 0.64 miles.  Chapter 3 totals are 26.84 miles walked in 10 hours 55 minutes, with 390 feet climbed, and 3 swims totalling 520 meters in 28 minutes.
