I walked in the swimming pool for 25 minutes today. According to Livestrong
 this  burned more calories than
walking for the same length of time (see http://www.livestrong.com/thedailyplate/diary/who/#ixzz1txwAnat3), 
so I will count it as 1 mile.  Total chapter 3 walking is 4.22 miles in 1 hour 37 minutes, with 132 feet climbed.  


Here is what I ate today, including lunch with Willyne.  Pretty exciting wedding anniversary!
