I swam 430 meters in 29 minutes, 3 minutes faster than two days ago.  Chapter 3 totals are 31.39 miles walked in 12 hours 45 minutes, with 447 feet climbed, and 6 swims totalling 1,590 meters in 1 hour 32 minutes.  


My scripture study was Hosea 10-11 and Mosiah 26-27.  I love how Mosiah 27:29 so exquisitely describes the change of heart that comes when we turn our lives over to the Lord!
