Can you see the "D" on the knoll 20 miles away?

Walked to work this morning after getting a cavity filled by Dr. Howard.  3.00 miles with 186 feet climbed in 52:09 minutes.  Heart averaged 130, with a peak of 146.

Footnote:  Total miles since June 28 - 35.95.
