Walked 1.40 miles in 27 minutes this afternoon, including 79 feet climbed. HumanaFit rated it a category 5 climb, the mildest category.  It was my second class 5 climb, and first since May 24.  Totals of my 2 category 5 climbs is 2.56 miles with 168 feet climbed in 50 minutes.


Chapter 3 totals are 34.29 miles walked in 13 hours 57 minutes, with 581 feet climbed, and 6 swims totalling 1,590 meters in 1 hour 32 minutes.

Started walking at a pioneer monument outside the city library

Rural town only 31 miles from downtown Salt Lake
