Continued the fight against the virus, even staying home from work, so activity was minimal today.  I walked 0.17 miles in 5 minutes around the house, including 10 feet climbing stairs and our ramp.  Chapter 3 totals are 62.71 miles walked in 24 hours 52 minutes, with 3,350 feet climbed, and 11 swims totalling 4,240 meters in 4 hour 34 minutes. 

Eating today, including net calories after deducting exercise.  I probably had another 100 calories of vitamins, especially vitamin C, zinc tablets, etc, that I don't know how to record in livestrong.com:
