Day 34 walked 0.92 miles with my friend Terreeeblay the treadmill in 21 minutes; Series 2 total 20.33 miles in 8 hours 41 minutes.
No breakfast today just water when I finished hangin with Terreeeblay
Lunch Garden tuna pasta salad and water.
Snack one oatmeal raisin cookie with a 15 ounce Odwalla chocolate protein monster drink. I liked it.
Dinner A grilled chicken breast and wing with a half scoop of mac and cheese
Another righteous week! That consistency is paying off, especially with tax season ready to kick in full force soon :)
ReplyDeleteThanks, Benjamin! I won't lie, more often than not it's still hard to get on the treadmill. But it is powerful knowing that if I stop I have to start over again, and that's harder. So I tell myself I can do this ...
