15:30 A dinner plate of pot roast, mashed potatoes, and corn with water
21:45 I'm writing this and preparing to call it a day - that dinner satisfied me, I've had no desire for a snack this evening. Two months ago I would have been hungry again an hour or two ago. So it may seem funny, but I do see progress here.
