We have the Benjamin Category Override for 5+ mile walks and now, it humbles Tortoise to say he has been named "Lou", by Doug Jr, in memory of Mr. Consistency himself, Lou Gehrig. Tortoise can hardly type the words to think he is in any way comparable to the noble Iron Horse. Thank you!

Day 60 - I walked 6.81 km (4.23 miles) in 1:29:03. I climbed 77.1 m (253 feet)  


Series 2B totals 132.78 km (82.52 miles) in 28 hours 50 minutes, with 1674.7 m (5495 feet) climbed in 7 counties of 6 states.


The total of 8 Series 3 walks is 42.32 km (26.30 mi) in 11 hours 0 minutes. Total distance climbed is 1257.0 m (4127 feet).  The eight walks so far were on February 12, 19, 26, May 7, 14, 21, June 11, and today, July 2.
