We have the Benjamin Category Override for 5+ mile walks and now, it humbles Tortoise to say he has been named "Lou", by Doug Jr, in memory of Mr. Consistency himself, Lou Gehrig. Good to be back home!  Went for a swim, did 43 lengths of the pool (430 meters) in 24 minutes. Definitely the tortoise pace, and I'm OK with that.   Chapter 3 totals are 46.56 miles walked in 18 hours 44 minutes, with 1,680 feet climbed, and 7 swims totalling 2,020 meters in 1 hour 56 minutes.


My weekly weigh-in was this morning:  258.4, down 0.8 pounds over the past two weeks, and 11.4 pounds total for chapter 3 -- my recommitment since May 1.  I was out of town away from my scale last week.
