I enjoyed my Sabbath rest day.  My walk was the usual Sunday 0.5 miles at church and home, with 20 feet of stair climbing, in 15 minutes.  This bring my chapter 3 totals to 129.07 miles walked in 50 hours 39 minutes, with 8,576 feet climbed, and 14 swims totalling 4,640 meters in 4 hour 57 minutes.  Please click on the line below for information on my weigh-in and more:
My weigh-in this morning was 246.3, up 1.5 pounds since my last weigh-in on August 10, and down 23.4 pounds total for chapter 3 -- my recommitment since May 1. I looked over my food history, and although I am generally below my daily calorie target I am noticing I'm high on sodium and protein while being low on fiber.  I wonder if I'm retaining water because of the sodium and using the protein to build muscle as I walk. I will try to be more conscious of this as I eat this week and see if it makes a difference.

I drank 9 glasses of water, took my vitamins, crestor, and omega 3 fish oil.  I did not take the Youngevity supplements.

P.S. Today is the 40th anniversary of my walking through the doors of the Salt Lake Missionary Home to begin my LDS church mission to England.  That thought took my breath away and brought back many wonderful memories today.
