This brings my chapter 3 totals to 144.33 miles walked in 56 hours 21 minutes, with 10,413 feet climbed, and 14 swims totalling 4,640 meters in 4 hour 57 minutes. Totals of my 27 category 5 climbs is now 38.90 miles with 3,297 feet climbed in 14 hours 12 minutes.

From reading in Zachariah 9 and Helaman 12:
"... we can see that the Lord in his great infinite goodness doth bless and aprosper those who put their btrust in him.
