Tonight's walk (September 6) was 1.37 miles in 20 minutes.  The 112 feet climbed (3.3% average grade while climbing) qualified it for HumanaFit category 5, for the third consecutive day. Tortoise rating:  5.3.  Please click on the line below for a map and additional information:
This brings my chapter 3 totals to 145.70 miles walked in 56 hours 41 minutes, with 10,525 feet climbed, and 14 swims totalling 4,640 meters in 4 hour 57 minutes. Totals of my 28 category 5 climbs is now 40.27 miles with 3,409 feet climbed in 14 hours 32 minutes.

Took 4 of my usual 5 Youngevity supplements.  Out of Oxy Rich for now.  Took vitamins, minerals, crestor, omega 3 fish oil, low dose aspirin.  Drank 7 glasses of water.
