Day 30 walked 0.83 miles with my friend Terreeeblay the treadmill in 20 minutes; Series 2 total 16.83 miles in 7 hours 20 minutes.
10:00: Kefir shake and vitamins
12:30: Small bowl of lentils
14:30: Medium bowl of oatmeal and yogurt
19:30: Dinner with the bishopric and Sherm Howard's: Small pieces of elk and venison steak cooked two ways. He watches Outdoor Life cooking shows and has it down - you couldn't tell it from beef, great! Had one scoop of scalloped potatoes, two scoops of salad, and a half scoop of dessert.
