Week 5 tortoise weigh-in: 262.0, down 3.3 for the week and 8.3 total.
Breakfast: 14 ounce kefir shake, vitamins, and water
Lunch: Leftovers from yesterday's dinner, a plate of pulled pork in barbeque sauce, mashed potatoes, and corn, with water
Dinner: Large bowl of lettuce, half a tomato, a quarter avocado, and a scoop of 2% cottage cheese, along with a medium bowl of oatmeal with yogurt and a banana. And water.
Snack: One Hawaiian dinner roll.
