Day 42: Terreeeblay and I walked 1.15 miles in 24 minutes today; Series 2 total 28.85 miles in 11 hours 47 minutes.
Breakfast: Oatmeal with yogurt, banana, water, and vitamins
Lunch: At a business meeting. One small square of lasagna, the rest of the plate was salad, with a bread stick, one oatmeal raisin white chocolate chip cookie, and water.
Dinner: A salmon patty, one scoop mashed potatoes, peas, a separate salad plate of lettuce, half a tomato, a quarter avocado, and a scoop of cottage cheese, with a King's Hawaiian dinner roll (no butter) and water.
