I walked in the swimming pool for 35 minutes today. According to Livestrong
this burned more calories than
walking for the same length of time (see http://www.livestrong.com/thedailyplate/diary/who/#ixzz1u3jtJMQ3),
so I will count it as 1.4 mile, which is about what I would have walked on the
street in that time. Total chapter 3 walking is 5.62 miles in 2 hours 12 minutes,
with 132 feet climbed.
Here is what I ate today. As a side note, we had the family over for a Cinco De Mayo celebration, lots of yummy food. I think I made some reasonable choices, but would love your feedback ...
