We have the Benjamin Category Override for 5+ mile walks and now, it humbles Tortoise to say he has been named "Lou", by Doug Jr, in memory of Mr. Consistency himself, Lou Gehrig. Tortoise can hardly type the words to think he is in any way comparable to the noble Iron Horse. Thank you!

3-9


I walked 1.09 miles and climbed 43 feet in 22 minutes this evening. I listened to "Sacrifice" by Elder Dallin H. Oaks in the Saturday morning session of the April 2012 General Conference while walking.  The symbol of our belief in Christ is not the cross, but rather the lives we live in remembrance of Him. Total chapter 3 walking is 8.63 miles in 3 hours 22 minutes, with 175 feet climbed.   Here is a map and other details:

Here is what I ate today, including some business meals, and a clif bar breakfast while driving because I started working at 6:30 this morning.  I did read Mosiah 13, part of the reading for the coming Sunday School lesson, before starting work.  That always makes the day better.
