Sunday, my rest day.  I slowly walked 0.50 miles in 15 minutes.  Chapter 3 totals are 31.39 miles walked in 12 hours 45 minutes, with 447 feet climbed, and 5 swims totalling 1,160 meters in 1 hour 3 minutes.
