I walked 1.12 miles and climbed 39 feet in 22 minutes.  Chapter 3 totals are 61.20 miles walked in 24 hours 6 minutes, with 3,038 feet climbed, and 11 swims totalling 4,240 meters in 4 hour 34 minutes.
