Totals of my category 3 climbs is 4.54 miles with 876 feet climbed in 1 hour 56 minutes. Chapter 3 totals are 62.21 miles walked in 24 hours 37 minutes, with 3,330 feet climbed, and 11 swims totalling 4,240 meters in 4 hour 34 minutes.
My weekly weigh-in was this morning: 257.1, down 0.3 pounds over the past week, and 12.7 pounds total for chapter 3 -- my recommitment since May 1. I'm happy for any progress at all for a birthday week :-)

Dad the total Awes! Congrats on finishing up your second category 3 climb...more impressive than anything is the fact that you couldn't find anyone to go with you, yet you still got out there to not only walk, but push yourself!! To boot, you also clocked in another week with some weight loss, and you certainly deserve to feel proud about that!
