Just starting to improve in the fight against the virus. Visited with the doctor, got some antibiotics, activity was still minimal today, but a little more than yesterday. I walked 0.33 miles in 10 minutes around the house, including 10 feet climbing stairs and our ramp. Chapter 3 totals are 63.04 miles walked in 25 hours 2 minutes, with 3,360 feet climbed, and 11 swims totalling 4,240 meters in 4 hour 34 minutes.
Eating today, including net calories after deducting exercise.

Well, I wish I could thank you more personally, but thanks for sticking with this blog and giving me your support. I'm just trying to develop a new lifestyle very gradually. I love good food, and I'm surrounded by it. I love to walk, but I have to push myself out the door every time. I mostly feel good doing it, but truth be known, I also ache a good portion of the time. I believe the solution to be to simply keep going, and knowing that I am going to write what I do and don't accomplish, and that people like you care about it, is a very helpful motivator. So thanks!
