Here's my exercise for the day (well some of it) ... Chloe and Abigail asked for one last Grandpa potato sack ride as he was saying goodbye to begin his magical mystery tour to deliver their family van to their new home in Florida!
In the course of loading everything up I figure I walked a half mile and climbed 20 feet worth of stairs in 12 minutes, making Chapter 3 totals: 67.92 miles walked in 27 hours 4 minutes, with 3,918 feet climbed, and 11 swims totalling 4,240 meters in 4 hour 34 minutes.
