Did a 20:15 minute walk around 6:30 this evening, under partly cloudy, moonlit skies, 63 degrees and no wind.  Made it 1.12 miles in that time, climbing 102 feet, with a tortoise rating of 4.3 on the uphill half of the walk.  HumanaFit rates it category 5.

  2. You motivate me to motivate myself. I feel so much better when I walk, especially if I include a hill. Variety makes it more interesting to do.
