Weekly weigh-in 252.8 down 3.3 in the past 2 weeks and an overall improvement of 13.9 pounds in 6 weeks.  I am happy with my progress.

Day 104  - I walked 3.38 km (2.10 miles) and climbed 34.1 m (112 feet) in 00:36:07.  Series 2B totals 261.48 km (16 2.51miles) in 54 hours 41 minutes, with 2846.6 m (9338 feet) climbed in 9 counties in 7 states.  Listening today while walking:  "He Lives!
