until it got too many red cards from Wounded Duck and the Boredom Enforcement Committee ... now the tortoise's goal is to get to 10 red cards so he can get Big Dog to drive down and take a good long walk with the tortoise

Day 122 - I walked 6.18 km (3.84 miles), with 71.9 m (236 feet) climbed, in 01:06:00. Tortoise Rating on the uphill half of the walk: 4.6, HumanaFit rates it category 5.
Series 2B totals 335.32 km (207.90 miles) in 69 hours 39 minutes, with 3505.8 m (11,501 feet) climbed in 12 counties in 9 states. Today's walk added Salt Lake County in Utah to the list. I am here for continuing education and to see some clients. When I was done for the day I walked to the temple and the capitol. Very nice!
This is for you, Doug Jr. These signs are everywhere in Salt Lake.
The view of the state capital at the top of the State Street hill
The Relief Society Building made me think of my sweetheart Willyne
always love this reflective pool near the temple
The blue lights are a horse drawn carriage ... nice
