Day 123 - I walked 3.96 km (2.46 miles), with 64.9 m (213 feet) climbed, in 00:42:36. .After finishing today's continuing education, I walked to visit Willyne's Uncle Thom Forsyth at his assisted living facility. We had a nice visit and I had a nice walk! Tortoise rating on the uphill half of the walk was 4.1; HumanaFit rated it category 5.
