I swam 150 meters today. It is a record for me. I can feel it in my legs and lungs, but that is the idea. So we will have new tracking here ... chapter 3 totals are 18.08 miles walked in 7 hours 5 minutes, with 258 feet climbed and 150 meters swam in 7 minutes.
We had all manner of festive food here for everyone (see yesterday for more on that). The best I could come up with was to watch portions. I think I did OK ...
