We have the Benjamin Category Override for 5+ mile walks and now, it humbles Tortoise to say he has been named "Lou", by Doug Jr, in memory of Mr. Consistency himself, Lou Gehrig. 3-20

Sunday!  I rested.  Will count 0.5 miles in 15 miles for general walking up and down stairs at home and around the building at church.  Chapter 3 totals are 18.58 miles walked in 7 hours 20 minutes, with 258 feet climbed and 150 meters swam in 7 minutes.  Weigh-in today was 
260.8.  I lost 2.0 pounds this week and 9.0 total since May 1.
