Had lots of fun watching Roo and Ethan play in their soccer games today! Had at least 0.5 miles walked with 20 feet of stairs climbed in 10 minutes ... I didn't measure, but my parking places were far away, especially at Dixie State, so I'm probably low on those figures. (Total miles walked since 6/28: 120.63)

Cheerio!
Ethan made a spectacular goal shot today, but it happened very quickly and I didn't get a shot of it, so you get him throwing in the ball from the sideline ...
Driving back to the office after the game I came across a really large group of bikers, took me a couple miles to pass them, so this picture doesn't do it justice but I waited until I was stopped in the left turn lane to take it.
Doug Jr was with me today. We had turkey and cheese sandwiches on the good Great Harvest honey wheat bread after the game, and homemade vegetable soup, (with ice cream later) at home. Our one venture out was to try to new Smokehouse Brisket sandwiches at Arby's. Nothing else, just the sandwich. But ... they left off the cheese and grilled onion, so Doug called them on it and we got a corrected batch.
The sandwiches are good. They are so new that livestrong doesn't have them online yet, so I used a similar sandwich for recording purposes. Here's the details of another splurge eating day ...
