Did a short walk between church meetings again this week.  Get some pretty views while getting some energy.  0.61 miles with 20 feet climbed in 11:44.  Beautiful 66 degree sunny weather.  Tortoise rating:  5.7.

  2. Thank you again for your kind words and support. It means a lot to me and helps keep me going, day by day.

    For me, a few minutes to walk is time to chill. And ... it helps keep me with my commitment to myself, and to Becca, to stay wide awake on the stand. When you get up before 5 for a day of meetings and sit on a warm perch, the normal challenge to avoid the urge to nod off in Sacrament Meeting gets more interesting. The walk is my secret weapon to help keep the blood flowing for the hour the follows :-)

    Whatever it takes, right?
