Tortoise walked 3.94 miles home from work this afternoon, taking a route including Hurricane's 400 South. The skies were blue, the sun was bright, and the temperature in the 5 to 6 pm hour was 97 degrees. He climbed 132 feet along the way in 1:03:43 hours. The uphill portion of this path had a 5.6 tortoise rating and 654 calories were burned in this walk. For a map, an updated picture of Tortoise, and a F. I've walked 20 consecutive non-Sundays since my last missed day on August 11, and overall have walked on 199 of the 211 non-Sundays thus far in 2014, a 94.31% consistency rating.
The purpose of the percentages is to have a higher percentage of distance and time walked than of the year. This tells me I am on track. I'm sure this is more numbers than you are interested in, all I can say is I'm really good at setting high goals and having them slip away because I don't do them every, every day.

"There He stood—alive! Raised from the dead! Never to die again! His perfect body forever united with the spirit. The eternal Christ!
"To the credit of gentle, loving women everywhere, our Redeemer chose as the first mortal witness of His resurrection from the dead a woman, Mary Magdalene.
